Sail full of rainwater.. The rain was captured by the reefs in the mainsail and the sail bag, distorting the shape and adding a lot of weight.

Cable ties have all sorts of uses.. When the nut holding the wheel fell off and was lost, I came up with this solution.

Gearbox. The gearbox failed in forward but still operated in reverse.
