The predicted northerly came in overnight and I excitedly started putting up the mainsail, but along with the northerly came rain. Lots of rain. So much rain that I couldn’t see what I was doing and managed to wrap the halyard around a spreader. It’s stuck there. Hopefully, we’ll get it loose in the daylight. Winds continue light and the rain is now intermittent and light.
